lights of an organ fairly normally but there is a dense fog advisory. drive times from the macarthur maze are over 20 minutes for your upper deck trip. the nimitz freeway is normally the easiest approach to the bridge and that is at least 18 to 20 minutes for your drive into san francisco. >> it won't be easy if there is a bart strike. the countdown is on for a potential strike. the union did vote to authorize a strike. mike pelton is live at the embarcadero bart station. >> all the commuters i've spoken with this morning are dreading the possibility for a strike that could come just days from now. parts largest union will be out here through out the morning reminding people of the possibility as a hand out fliers and discuss the issues for thousands of commuters that pass of the station. this comes one day after birth to largest labor unions voted to authorize a

potential strike. both contracts within five labor unions and and sunday night. this'll be the first barge strike in 16 years. the two sides remained at odds over issues including benefits, pay and safety concerns. the couple of people that we spoke with are all on the same page saying get a deal and get this done. >> this is going to be chaos. >> a lot of people work out here in san francisco. it is impacting the kids, everybody. >> i have not made a contingency plan. it is about $30 a day to park and that is a factor. i don't know what i'm going to do. >> at the two sides cannot reach an agreement by sunday night, bart officials say

police are on the scene of a deadly shooting at 98 and international boulevard. jackie sissel just arrived on the same. >> i am on a street right off of 98th avenue and you can see homicide detectives have just arrived here on scene. we do not have a lot of information, we are waiting for an update from the oakland police department. around 530 this morningghbors reported hearing multiple gunshots. when they came out, they discovered the body of an adult male who had been shot multiple times. there is a bicycle on one side and the body is on the other side. you can see mobil evidence seemed markers here, at least 12 of them. presumably those are showcasing. there are about a dozen of them on the street. what we do know is that one person has been killed out here, shot multiple times on a street.

starting to back up into san ramon third danville for the northbound ride. normally, that is trouble-free. this extends to the southbound delays which should be a 22 minutes drive barrett. it is now 26, 28 minute drive from walnut creek down to the dublin entertains. >> the breaking news story out of oakland, jackie sissel is just arriving on the scene. >> i am still on a street between manual and 98 ave where it is clothes off. the alameda county coroner just showed up here all love with investigators and detectives from the oakland police department. we do not have a lot information, we are waiting for a briefing. what we do know is 530 this morning residents in this area called police saying that they heard multiple

gunshots. when they got here they discovered the body of an adult male who had been shot multiple times a year at this location. he was pronounced dead at the scene. you can see from the video i shot earlier this morning, lots of police and detectives arrived on the same. there were a lot of evidence tags laying around that would indicate multiple shots were fired. that was the indication given to me by one police officer earlier this morning. we are waiting for an update from the police apartment to see if they have any identification or motive for this. it is obviously a developing story but as soon as we get more information we will pass along. >> the countdown is on for eight potential bart strike. today, the labor unions will greet commuters with the mets as message that a strike could just be days away. mike pelton is live of the embarcadero bart station. >> we do not have his

about 19 minutes heading up from a san ramon and to walnut creek. an unusually long up drive time. looking next that chair ride in the south bay because this has been a hot spot to parade to 80 northbound is finally starting to cut that out and so is the right through the allman valley in the north on the guadalupe parkway. the bridges had a big back up all morning long. it started because of the dense fog advisory for the bridge and we're still backed up on the 80 the approach and into the macarthur maze at an over 20 minute drive times. next, the san mateo bridge. we did not give stop and go conditions on the span and for your right to the golden gate bridge, lastly, here is your right and bound and you can see smoke conditions coming through the fog which is still burning off but not completely so. expect to see that northbound lane added

in about an hour. >>erica: that's obvious started to burn off. we're dealing with eight rather shallow marine layer. we have mild temperatures and they are on the rise. we are in the upper 60s for fairfield, mid-60's at east bay shoreline. downtown san francisco as 65 degrees. i do want to take a look at these numbers into the afternoon because you will notice it will be warmer than it yesterday. we will climb into 90 surpluses like antioch, livermore, fairfield and low 70's expected and richmond. 66 degrees and a city a four year high in sunnyvale. so expect a sun and gorgeous afternoon. we will continue with warm weather for the next several days we are holding on to mild weather even by 8:00 p.m. tonight.

male that had been shot multiple times and he was pronounced dead at the scene it. adjutancy from the video, homicide investigators came out. there were multiple evidence tags that indicated shell casings. up to 12 on the ground when i got here. we had a chance to talk to the spokesperson for the oakland police department. she talked about the cooperation they're getting from the public. >> we did have a lot of citizens call in. we encourage that because even though we have this technology that the text of gunshots within the city, we still encourage our citizens to call land. we've had multiple calls from citizens. officers did arrive and it did discover a young male adults had suffered a fatal gunshot wounds. >>jacqueline: >>jackie: some of the family members did arrive to identify the slain victim in this case. they're still not
